Hi, I'm Drew.

I've spent my life in the gaming industry: first as a professional player, then building and running global esports at Razer. For the last ten years I have built Catalyst into a group working across marketing, gaming and entertainment, with a record label of our own.

Flux is the show I always wished I could listen to as I grew professionally but could never find. Oddly, I started my career in esports interviewing professional players - but this is a show designed to provide far deeper value. It's made to get to the heart of what's actually changing in business and culture, built around the insights and experience of the founders, high achievers, and brand leaders.

We send the questions before we record, so nothing catches you out. We can shape them around you or around a topic, whichever you prefer.

One conversation

We record remotely, about an hour, cameras off once we have warmed up. No need to dress up; the only thing that matters is what you have to say.

What's in flux?

Come and tell us what's evolving fast in your industry, and tell us how you or your team are adapting to a rapidly changing world.

We handle the rest

We do the edit. If you say something on the day you would rather drop, tell us and it is gone. You see nothing you are not happy with.
